For those donors who want to see how their funds are being used, the following spreadsheet details grants funded this Rotary year compared to last through May 10, 2022. We have already exceeded the dollar amount funded in 2020-21 and will soon exceed the number of grants funded last year. In 2020-21 96% of the grants funded were for vocations in the medical field. While the majority of our grants are still for medical-related vocations, we have seen a shift this year with more students applying for grants for programs outside of medicine.
